I was ‘Shocked’ at the professionalism that Neil had when it came to carrying out some work I had for him. I have had problems with previous electricians not turning up and disappearing into thin air, but not with Angloz Electrical they know how to ‘Conduct’ business. The electrical cooker in our flat decided to break down, leaving our tenants, who have a 2 year daughter, with no cooking facilities. Neil diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and temporarily fixed the fault until the part arrived, where he then fixed the cooker, making the tenants and myself very happy. Neil is very down to earth, with reasonable pricing and I have not hesitated to recommend Angloz Electrical and will remain too for the unforeseeable future. A couple of weeks ago we found ourselves in a tricky situation when at 7:30 in the evening our electricity went off. After the initial panic of finding a torch and some candles we switched the mains on again but nothing was happening. I called Neil for some advice over the phone and he very quickly offered to come over despite the time.

He tested the fuse box and changed a few parts but was soon able to identify that the problem was not inside the house but out in the street. He was able to guide me on what to say to the electricity provider and left rather disappointed he couldn’t do more to help.

The next morning he called to see if all was ok and if he could help in any way. Even though the job in hand was out of Neil’s control, his exceptional service and general concern has left me so impressed I would not doubt in recommending him.

Taking out the old halogen lights and transformers and replacing them with safer and more economic LEDs. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I commissioned Neil to replace all the downlights in my kitchen and dining area with new LED lights a few week ago. Many of the lights were not working and I had been unable to fix them with new bulbs. We thought the job might require access via the floorboards upstairs but Neil, who booked the job in very quickly, managed to carry out the job without requiring any major work of this kind. The new lights have transformed the kitchen and the dining area and Neil was able to complete the job quickly, cleanly and to budget. And since I trusted Neil, I was able to leave him in the house with the key and asked him to lock up behind him. Perhaps the greatest testimony to his work is that my wife, who is very difficult to impress, was extremely pleased with the result. As was I.
